Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed? We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to assist you.

What are your returns and refund policy? We have two different Returns, Warranty, and Refund Policies in place. One policy is for the store items that are shipped from outside manufacturers or providers. The other policy is for Made-To-Order products that are done by paid invoice only. How can I track my order? Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Operation hours are 7am – 5pm CST (Monday – Friday). Anything outside of these times may experience a longer delay in response.
