Returns, Warranty, and Refund Policy for Made-To-Order Invoice Products

Returns Policy

  1. Made-To-Order Invoice Products: Due to the personalized nature of “Made-To-Order” products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
  2. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a “Made-To-Order” product that is defective or differs from the specifications that were provided in the product description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or a refund.
  3. Order Cancellation: Since our “Made-To-Order” products are created based on invoice requests, once payments are rendered the product is made. Cancellations are generally not possible once the order has been placed. Please carefully review your order details before confirming.

Warranty

  1. Limited Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our “Made-To-Order” products. All “Made-To-Order” products are covered by a limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period is 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized alterations to the product.
  3. Warranty Claim: To make a warranty claim, please contact us via email info@thedirtypleasureshow.com with the subject line stating “Made-To-Order” along with your order # with a detailed description and supporting images of the issue, you will get an automated email stating we have received your request. We will assess the claim and, if covered under the warranty, provide a resolution as per the warranty terms. Follow-up can take 48-72 hours for a response due to holidays, weekends and the complexity of the assessment.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items: If your “Made-To-Order” product is defective or differs from the specifications you provided, we will offer a full refund or replacement upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  2. Refunds for Non-Defective “Made-To-Order” Products: As our “Made-To-Order” products are made to order, refunds for non-defective items are generally not provided. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be credited to your account and also accounting for your banking institutions processing times, government holidays, weekends and business hours, etc.

  1. Return Authorization: Before returning any item, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from our “Made-To-Order” support team (info@thedirtypleasureshow.com). Items returned without an RA may not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Original Packaging: For eligible returns, please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging or packaging that provides adequate protection to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Return Shipping: “Made-To-Order” customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified by our “Made-To-Order” support team.
