Please note that these terms and conditions are for returns and refunds excluding products labeled “Made to Order”, these are products that have local inventory, and these terms will not apply for those items. Please see Made to Order Returns for more information on those terms and conditions.
Returns
1.1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of delivery.
1.2. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Made-To-Order or custom-made products.
- Downloadable digital products.
- Perishable goods.
- Gift cards.
1.3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please info@thedirtypleasureshow.com and provide your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence, such as photos if applicable. Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. There are various addresses for returns depending on the fulfillment center utilized.
1.4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error (e.g., incorrect item received or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us.
1.5. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process as described above and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us via info@thedirtypleasureshow.com within 7-10 days of receiving the order. We may require you to provide evidence of the damage or defect, such as photos. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via info@thedirtypleasureshow.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, the standard return process (as mentioned above) will apply.
